A company is looking for a Partner, Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the internal communications strategy to enhance alignment and
engagement among staff
Advise leadership on communication strategies and coordinate
internal communications initiatives
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications
and make recommendations for improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading internal communications at a
similarly sized organization (500+ employees)
Proven track record in managing communications during
organizational growth and change
Experience with content creation and delivery across various
formats
Demonstrated knowledge of complex organizational structures
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
