Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, HR Operations (Employee
Data Management).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Employee Data Management team and oversee HR transactions
in Workday
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement
enterprise-wide programs
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain
process documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
preferred
4+ years of experience in a related field preferred
Proven leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement
Experience in managing operational performance and service level
agreements
Knowledge of global HR processes and policies
