Job Description:
A company is looking for a full cycle Recruiter to drive
headcount growth and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the recruiting process from inception through close for both
technical and non-technical roles
Collaborate with hiring teams to build each organization
holistically
Develop sourcing and engagement strategies to create a diverse
talent pipeline
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter
Ability to handle both technical and business roles
Consultative approach to skills-based hiring
Experience in creating diverse candidate pools through sourcing and
inbound talent
Familiarity with Ashby is a plus
