*$15,000 signing bonus, top pay, mileage and cell, work life

REGISTERED NURSE CARE MANAGER (RN), full time home health. - We are
growing and adding RNs throughout Jackson, Barrow, Franklin,
Madison, and Oconee County, GA. -

which means, you earn a generous base salary, and should you go
over productivity, you will earn additional money on top of your
base salary! While home health experience is preferred, we will
gladly and properly provide a thorough orientation and training to
a RN with the passion for home health. - -

Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance
with policy and the individualized care plan
Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate
manner
Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope
of practice
Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

licensure in the state of practice
