Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting to lead their
accounting team and ensure compliance with financial
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial information and ensure compliance with
internal and external requirements
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,
including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Lead the accounting staff through recruitment, training, and
performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience supervising/managing accounting
functions
3+ years of experience leading teams
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management
Accountant preferred
Experience in public accounting
