Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Rebate Pharmacy Operations
to oversee and manage the rebate operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and team performance within the rebate
department
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding the
Medicaid Drug Rebate Program
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including
auditors and IT teams, to improve processes and maintain accurate
records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of supervisory experience
Experience in Medicaid rebate management or pharmacy operations
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in accounts
receivable or collections
Cognos reporting experience preferred
