Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, VIP Acquisition to
lead high-value player acquisition and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier VIP prospects to
ensure sustainable growth
Oversee the creation and execution of regional VIP Player
Acquisition events
Develop and implement localized go-to-market strategies aligned
with organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; gaming or casino industry
experience is a plus
6+ years of experience in senior-level VIP Sales, Business
Development, or Customer Relationship Management
Strong analytical skills with a record of using insights to drive
engagement strategy
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional
environments
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming
Licenses
