Carrollton HQ Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Director
of Business Intelligence (BI) with 15-20 years of expertise to lead
and oversee a small team of skilled Snowflake and Tableau
engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
data analytics, BI strategies, and team leadership. You will be
responsible for driving the company's BI initiatives, ensuring data
accuracy, optimizing performance, and delivering insightful
analytics to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities 1.
Leadership and Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team
of Snowflake, SAP and Tableau engineers - Foster a collaborative
and innovative team environment. - Conduct regular performance
reviews and provide professional development opportunities. 2.
Strategic Planning: - Develop and execute the BI strategy aligned
with the company's goals. - Identify and prioritize BI projects
based on business needs and impact. - Drive the adoption of best
practices in data management and analytics. 3. Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions
using Snowflake and Tableau. - Ensure data integrity, consistency,
and security across all BI platforms. - Optimize the performance of
BI tools and infrastructure. 4. Collaboration and Communication: -
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data
needs and translate them into actionable insights. - Communicate
complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ensure
timely and accurate delivery of BI reports and dashboards. 5. Data
Governance: - Implement and enforce data governance policies and
procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant data protection
regulations. - Promote data literacy across the organization. 6.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: - Stay current with the
latest BI technologies and trends. - Drive innovation by exploring
new tools and techniques to enhance BI capabilities. - Continuously
improve BI processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: 15-20
years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 5 years
in a leadership role. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Snowflake,
Tableau and SAP/BOBJ/ BW/ SAC - Strong understanding of data
warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling. - Experience with
other BI tools and technologies is a plus. - Leadership: Proven
track record of managing and leading high-performing BI teams. -
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement BI strategies
that align with business objectives. - Communication: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex information. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and

Preferred Years of Experience: 15+ Other Preferred Skills,
Licenses, & Certificates : - Proficiency in Snowflake, Tableau and

processes, and data modeling. - Experience with other BI tools and
technologies is a plus. - Leadership: Proven track record of
managing and leading high-performing BI teams. - Strategic
