part of our Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Entry Level
Analyst Program. This program, which will begin in July 2025, is
designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and
provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your career in
your respective fields while gaining hands-on experience and formal
development and training. The Analyst will be part of the Leveraged
Credit/High Yield team and is responsible for supporting Portfolio
Management and Trading activities. Please Note: This position has
been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your
in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The
Contributions You'll Make:
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers/Traders and Analysts on
action items/trades across mandates and assist with order
management of action items.
- Assist Portfolio Managers/Traders with order management and
Trade processing across different mandates to make sure accounts
are invested at targets and reflect desired positioning across
sectors and issuers.
- Assist with the development of automated processes to complete
these tasks efficiently.
- Communicate with Sell Side Counterparties relating to trading
activities.
- Track Bond New Issue including documenting on-going decisions
and communicating with Underwriters.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Portfolio &
Analyst Dashboards across the various High Yield mandates to
support Portfolio Managers with effective portfolio construction
and risk management.
- Assist and support Analysts with sector review reporting and
data needs.
- Liaison with the Middle Office regarding settlements and cash
management items; DIG group regarding data related issues,
particularly with security and portfolio analytics data and
Compliance.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for
internal Executive committees, Compliance, Counterparties and
Client presentations.
- Ad hoc reporting and support as needed supporting Portfolio
Managers/Traders and Analysts.Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in
December 2024/Spring 2025.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field,
willingness to pursue a CFA designation.
- Strong academic standing
- Passionate about a career in financial services and
investments.
- Fundamental understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical and data skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Excellent
communication skills.
- Strong business orientation.
- Excellent customer orientation.
- Solid planning & organizing skills.

comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary
range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in
the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers
incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales
incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to
reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
