Join our innovative clinical team at DispatchHealth as a Mobile Health Medical Technician. We are on the lookout for dedicated, energetic individuals who excel in organizational and customer service skills to collaborate directly with our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our CLIA certified mobile laboratory. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing daily patient care while gaining invaluable experience in the growing field of mobile healthcare. • Enjoy a flexible work schedule
• Must be available to work 13 shifts per month
• Our hours of operation are from 8 am to 10 pm, with all shifts being 10 hours; availability for 4 weekend days per month is required

• BLS and CPR certification is mandatory

• We are hiring immediately! Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed NP/PA providers with diverse tasks
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
  • Perform IV starts and blood draws as allowed by state law
  • Apply splints and provide wound care
  • Operate and maintain point-of-care laboratory equipment
  • Conduct EKGs
  • Support NP/PAs in the daily operations of our mobile emergency care unit
  • Document patient interactions and maintain required records
  • Manage supply and stocking needs What You Need:
    • Medical Technician with IV Certification
    • Basic Georgia EMT License as a hiring credential
    • Preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in core science or lab science and at least 2 years of experience in chemistry and hematology, particularly with i-STAT device experience
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
    • Capability to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs
